Established in 2013, Fever Relief Fund partnered up with Tradex Consulting Group for affordable home and mortgage program. Our goal is to end homelessness for individuals, families, and communities. Fever Relief Fund Affordable Home Program team is comprised of professionals that specialize in loan origination, loan servicing, and real estate asset management. New loan opportunities are thoroughly analyzed with emphasis on interviewing every borrower and inspecting each asset. A majority of deals are funded within 45 business days or less. Our teams collaborate with our clients to gain a full understanding of their processes and workflows ensuring seamless, efficient timeline. 

Fever Relief Fund Affordable Home Program provides precise underwriting and funding of virtually all asset type for the last 13 years and has established a track record to engineering holistic financing solutions to challenging transactions. We offer government loans such as FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac programs, as well as non-owner, ITIN, and other non-government programs.
